Potato wedgie recipe please!!?

I don't like the marinading with italian dressing recipe...how do I do the wedgies so they taste supremely like the restaurants!

Crispy Potato Wedges

INGREDIENTS:

4 medium russet potatoes, cut into large wedges

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/8 teaspoon salt

2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)

reduced-sodium ketchup (optional)

1

Place potatoes in a large bowl; add cold water to cover. Let stand for 15 minutes.

2

Preheat oven to 425 F Spray a nonstick baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray. Set aside.

3

Drain potatoes in a colander. Spread on a double layer of paper towels. Cover with a second layer of paper towels. Press down on the towels to dry potatoes.

4

Transfer potatoes to a clean large bowl. Sprinkle with oil, pepper, and salt; toss gently to combine. Arrange seasoned potatoes in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.

5

Place Bake potatoes for 20 minutes. Using a spatula, turn potatoes; sprinkle with garlic. Bake until golden, about 20 minutes, turning baking sheet after 10 minutes for even browning. Serve immediately with ketchup on the side.

Variation: For a sweeter flavor, use sweet potatoes instead of the russet potatoes. Proceed as directed in Steps 1, 2, and 3. Add 1/2 teaspoon of paprika when tossing potatoes with spices in Step 4. Bake as directed in Step 5.

Tips: Crinkle-cut fries are especially crispy. Use a ripple-edged cutter to cut potatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices. Then cut crosswise into fries. Proceed as directed. For a healthy dip instead of ketchup, try a ready-made salsa (look for no-salt-added brands) or plain nonfat yogurt mixed with fresh herbs.

Potato wedgie - haha.

No really though, just open up your spice rack cabinet and get creative.

Last time I made my potato wedges, I cut them into wedges, put a few shakes of salt, a few shakes of pepper, a little bit of cumin, some garlic powder, oil (obviously so they do not stick to the baking sheet), and a little bit of adobo. Cook them at 375-400 for about 30 minutes. Wa la!

Get creative....you'll be surprised what flavors can go with what when you just throw them together! In my opinion, it's always better than the restaurants, when it's truly homemade!
3 large baking potatoes

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

1/4 teaspoon onion salt

1/2 teaspoon House Seasoning, recipe follows

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

2 cups cornbread dressing mix

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Wash the potatoes and cut each into 6 thick wedges. Mix the mayonnaise with the hot sauce, onion salt, House Seasoning and pepper. Coat the potato wedges with the mayonnaise mixture and roll them in the dressing mix. Place in a greased baking dish and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. Serve with your favorite dip.

Try a little beaten egg to dredge them in before you bread them. All a potatoe wedge is a potatoe cut into 1/4 and deep fried. There is no batter involved. It is just like deep frying some tater tots. After they are golden brown and crisp put them into a little toaster oven and top with some shredded cheese until melted. If you want you can also put alittle bacon on the and dip them in sour cream. A real great snack a any party.
I quarter the potatoes, skin on, brush them with butter, then sprinkle them with dry mustard and dill. Then put them on a cookie sheet and bake them for about a half hour (sometimes longer, depending on the size of the potatoes) at 400 degrees.
yoe cut up potatoes and put them in flour w/ seasoning and fry them in a pot
