Help me with this lemon chicken and red potatoes recipe?

Here's the thing. My mom makes this recipe, lemon chicken breasts and baby red potatoes. It's all made in the over in a casserole dish with lemon, basil, and butter and such.


I'm having a large gathering coming up, and am thinking of making it, but I can't just ask her how because she doesn't use specific measurements, and so it only tastes good part of the time.


I've been trying to find the recipe online, but can't seem to.
