Does anyone have a good roasted red potato recipe to go with steak and corn on the cob? What I really need to know is how long to cook them and at what temperature. Any other suggestions would be helpful.Good Roasted Red Potato Recipe?
Cut them up into roughly one-inch chunks, then melt some butter and mix it with extra-virgin olive oil. Pour the butter and oil over the top, then add a few cloves of crushed or finely-minced garlic and a handful of chopped dill; salt to taste and toss the whole thing until everything's coated. Place it all in a roasting pan and bake at 350F/180C until browned and starting to crisp (40-60 minutes), making sure to stir occasionally so it doesn't burn or stick on the bottom.Good Roasted Red Potato Recipe?
