This is a copy cat recipe that I found online,you will have to tweak them to taste.
Russet Potatoes (not gold)
Slice unpeeled potatoes into 1 to 1.5 inch cubes. Some locations cut them into wedges similar to steak fries.
Boil until tender and drain.
Add salt, white pepper, fresh chopped parsley, grated parmesean cheese, butter, and equal parts half and half and milk.
Smash with a manual potato smasher or I like to use just 1 beater on a hand mixer. The key is to not peel the potatoes and to leave nice 1/4-inch pieces in the final product to create a homecooked texture.
